Thanks for the welcome. I was happy to find this place. It is a great resource for whatever I am in the mood to try. I asked a coworker about smoking a roast, he was horrified and told me to grill it. Then I found the threads here for chuckies, burnt ends (which I want to try) and other cuts.- renl

The ribs were great. I took a picture to share before I tested them out. I did put A1 one 1/2 rack before adding the rub as I saw someone suggest. It was a bit strong for me. The other half of that rack I put Worchester sauce on before the rub, that was really good. All the other 4 racks...- renl
