    It's funny. I thought I had a plan for this bird. And every time I think I have it figured I read something different lol. Sheesh. I've read everything for 40 min per pound at 200 degrees to 6 hours at 350 degrees! Lol. I'm so confused now!

    Mom and pop came up from GA to PA and another 30 people as well I was tasked with the second bird (we only have one oven) well let's see who wins! Mom and old school baked bird or me smokin' a bird! Bird in the Brine!

    Well they turned out great. I prefer my beef very rare so that's no issue. As for the veggies the zucchini turned out perfect as well as the onions. The potatoes were precooked for about 7 min in the micro wave prior to grilling. As I have run into this issue before
