    Last cheese smoke EVER!!!

    Hi Andy, the cheese looks great, a nice transition from the raw photo.  Can I ask why did you light both ends of your AMNPS?  Was it for more smoke, and do you think this may be the cause of the higher temp?  I'm going to do some cheese, but I want a probe like yours, with the two 'inserty'...

    HELP!! Propane Smoker Mold

    You could try spraying it with washing up liquid, mixed with water first as this could stop any airborne spores floating about, the washing liquid would break the surface tension of the water, then give it a good scrub down, the fire it up to it's max setting.
