I've kept it simple with just some Montreal Steak Seasoning.  I've been happy with the results.

I made one out of very similar materials, except it was a 20# LP tank and a 22gal compressor tank.  It works great.

I don't think photobucket removes the pictures, (unless they're naughty), I think people delete them or move them around within their account.  I like photobucket because this isn't the only forum I share pictures, but it is the only one that doesn't allow img tags.

I just wish the copy/paste function for pictures worked like it does on every other message forum I belong to.  Copy the tagged link from my photobucket account and paste it directly into my reply.  Much easier than being forced to use the upload picture button.

Homemade Pizza in the Smoker with Q-view

There is a chain around this area called Papa Murphey's.  All they have is take and bake style pies.  While it may be considered cheating, I've had great luck cooking their pies on our charcoal grill.

Finally, a day to really try out my new WSM.

It's a great, cheap and easy modification.  It works wonderfully.  Like I said, the unit should come standard with the eyelets.  I'll be adding another to the opposite side since 4 probe wires was a very tight fit.

Yeah, the love smoke days...usually get a few tidbits along the way. :-) Not a very good "finished" picture, but usually I'm more interested in eating food than taking pictures.

Finally, a day to really try out my new WSM.

3/4 (2/3?) time show?   Both pieces of meat are around 166*, time for some foil.    My little helpers.

Finally, a day to really try out my new WSM.

Halftime show... I was able to fit four probes though the eyelet...I will be adding one more because it was a bit tight.
