    Thanks....I can see that...My rest was probably longer than most....it was just over an hour. I left the probe in but not connected (had other stuff in the smoker) so I dont know how far it carried. WIfe an I like it rare to  medium/rare..Mother in Law cant stand to see any pink. Thanks guys...
