lol far too many posts without pics. So here's the last lot from saturday.
Today's smoke is going to be a complete 'How to'. On cold smoked salmon. Plus I've been experimenting with smoking cheese. And that'll be over in the cheese thread :-)
The ribs really should have been spritzed/mopped...
lol I taste everything as I cook.
Occasionally if I've got a mate round you get: 'YOU JUST ATE RAW MEAT !'
'well duh !, how else am I supposed to know what it tastes lik ? '

lol - heed that aardvark well :-)
Apply a little imagination and some creativity and you just don't need all the fat.
Some yeah, but nowhere near as much as most people seem to consume :-)
In fact my low fat, no bacon wrap fatties are so good I think wrapping in salty bacon would actually be...
Glaze looks great.
Quick addendum:
OR you can use a magic bullet/genie/very good blender and just blend it to liquid consistency. This is probably what I'd do :-)
suppose it depends what sort of jerky you're planning on making. If it's ground beef/venison/turkey jerky. then I'd just use set honey, garlic powder, soysauce, a little vanilla vodka, smoked paprika, pepper and a some brown sugar as the seasoning.
Given how salty soysauce is I - personally...

We have no idea what kind of chilli they are. About 2 inches long and bright red. He says if you take the seeds out they're not too hot. I've yet to try one :-)

The only probelm is you start thinking:- 'right what can I put in next,' and 'Ha ! I bet no-one else on the forum has done one of these'.
I'm not sure where the fatty filling ridicule limit is - or even if there is one lol
After the blueberry pancake fatt a short...
I ate too much.
Really shouldnt have eaten the entire lasagna fattie, quite a few ribs and half the mini-mini fatty last night. Could barely move.
Been to the gym this morning, and just got back from my neighbours sons 1st birthday party.
Rick's from a big indian family.
If you've never had...
pics later - just have to mention.
The lasagna fatties ?
FRIGGIN' AWESOME. I mean walk a mile over salted broken glass in bare feet in a subzero snowstorm wearing nothing but a thong AWESOME.
It might even be repeatable lol
Mind you I'd chawed down a handful of ribs (also REALLY good) and...

You have cheese competitions in the us ?
Right some of those judges are international.
World class - is not the same as widely available :-)
Never has been, probably never will be.
It looks like maytag is mainly sold by mail order in the us anyway. So that would explain my...
anaerobic bacteria are pretty rare. They metabolise sulphur in place of oxygen.
Carbon monoxide is a posion, might have an effect. But as there's unlikely to be much sulphur content in beef so not a huge problem.
Botulinism is VERY rare. I mean getting struck by lightning on the same day you...
