    Went to grab a good chicken to smoke yesterday, and couldn't pass up on this fantastic looking brisket... 6lbs because just me, the wife, and a 5 year old! Plus i've never done a brisket before... 7.5 hrs later... used a mesquite wood, and put that baby in a foil pan for the last 30ish...
