    Awesome! I am not a homebrewer (I did buy a Mr. Beer but only used it once in 3 years), but I still would like a kegerator some day for a keg of Schlitz or Spotted Cow.

    The O-Rings are so good, I don't know if I will ever bother ordering in a restaurant again, as cheap and good and easy as these were. Pretty soon I won't be going out to eat at all everything I make at home will be better. :-) BBQEngineer I'll be answering your question shortly.

    Thanks for the tips I am about to pull the butt and towel it and rest it while the beans continue smoking to 160. Also I have your finishing sauce simmering now, although I used Schlitz instead of Killians Red. :-) No one is here yet, I told folks we would eat about 7pm, I think I am right on...

    Just hit 160 I am going to pull it in the next half an hour and I think I am going to try the oven bag instead of foil.

    OK, got the smoker preheated, added a few pieces of lump charcoal plus hickory chips to the tray, water pan filled, chip tray was producing smoke and butt is on the smoker at 6AM. Setting alarm for 7:30AM to check on things. Will try to post some Qview later on as well.

    Sounds good, I waffle sometimes when I see stuff. I'm gonna nap be back at 5 to start the smoker.

    OK got the meat rubbed and back int he fridge. I went with mustard, and did the rub as listed but skimped on the salt. My young heart takes enough abuse as is. :) Gonna nap for a few hours and then get things fired up.

    Hmm that would be easier for me I think...this is my first butt though...dare I break from the foiling convention?
