    St Louis cut ribs going on UDS tomorrow.

    First time trimming into St Louis style. I like this look a lot better already. Gonna try new recipe on myself and wife before i let the friends try.

    Shot with carbon express crossbow at about 5ft away lol. We were walking through the jungle and walked up on a bunch of them and this one just kept coming. Nice little tender 60lber.
