    I couldn't taste the Stubb's at all in the cooked birds, like it was never there. I haven't brined yet but I will try it.

    I forgot to add the All-In-One was free from my emplyer as a 30 year gift, but I don't like it much as a charcoal smoker. Maybe as a gas one it's better, but I'm aiming for a Traeger. If I can't get that anytime soon I'll whine my way into a WSM.
