You are welcome buddy. I forgot to leave my comment though I just realized. Thise look amazing! Asian ribs are on my list of things to do. I've never seen it done with the cure and the glaze though. That looks like a really cool spin on them. I've gotta try it! -
Lump Charcoal - Interesting Find
Well between all of us here, if we keep using RO and cowboy, we might be able to piece together a decent rf smoker from the extra parts they send us in the bags. I already have enough rock to use as thermal mass if we need it.- Ringer

Cool, thanks for that. I was wondering about the 1/4. If I compress the ceramic wool so save space will it hurt the insulating properties any. I know house insulation is designed not to be compressed is why I ask.- Ringer

Hey all, I need ideas on insulating part of my firebox. The reason I just want to do part of it is because the tires are getting pretty hot. Check out the picture and it will give you a better idea.
