Our first breakfast fattie, rolled than fridge it so if would set up.then we smoke if 225 to 245 for about 2 hours than turn up the Burner up to 300 to get the bacon cripsy. My wife doesn't normally eat bacon and she loved it .....
My adventure begins, we just got a free 250 gal oil tank for the smoker, ive also have a 3 burner stove, a 4 burner stainless steel grill ( needs burners) and a deep fryer commercial grade electric that I'm going go convert go gas ( propane),..I need to find trailer now...
