I read where some guys were putting it in the microwave for 1 minute. I will have to do the same on my next smoke also, last smoke I was having trouble getting my stash to burn.
I am 6 hours into this smoke. MES 40 is cruising around 235 and the Amazen Smoker is still doing it's thing.
The butts have pretty much stalled the last hour, now it's that slow climb to 205...
x2....I always leave a probe in and set the monitor on top of my chest to keep an eye on it. I let one sit for 8 hours one time and the temp was still 155 when we pulled it...but I double wrapped and tucked it nice and tight into some old towels...
