    Two racks of St Louis cut ribs & two racks of Baby Backs smoked today. Used mesquite chunks & a bit of cherry as well. One rack of St Louis & one rack of BBs got Jeffs Rub, other rack of St Louis & rack of BBs got my coffee rub.

    1st Propane Smoker

    When I seasoned my Char-Broil vertical propane smoker, I cleaned the inside with some Simple Green & a brush & rinsed it well. Once it had dried out I brushed the inside with safflower oil & ran at 350 for a few hours.

    Yes sir it was really moist. Divided up what was left into two sandwich portions & vacuum sealed them & into the freezer for another time.
