And a funneral will cost a lot more, and it's a little wost(?). I'm allfor having a good time but not if you have to get behind the wheel. GREAT reminder Bro!!!
John if you really think your thermometer is correct I would go a head and take them out. It doesn't take long for little chickens to get done. I usually pull mine at 170
Personally I'm with Glued on this one, just Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and pepper. I may add a little garlic and red pepper flakes, just for a little kick. Oh yea I also will use a little liquid smoke if I'm not using a smoker. It usualy turns out really tastey.
Well Dave it looks like your hooked now. Pretty soon it'll take over your life, thinking about nothing but smoking. Every time you see an animal,

Glued it must be nice to live where the cows walk right down your street. LOL. It seems as if you guys out that way can get beef and pork REALLY cheap. We got to pay top dollar and half the time we can't get much good smoking stuff.

If you ask me, I'm hooked on Jeff's sauce, just cut back a little on the heat. It's plenty sweet for me. And no I'm not sucking up. (ok just a little, the guy's done a lot for me)
