    If there is any left you must have did something wrong Craig. The only way I ever have left over beans, is if I bag them up and hid them in the freezer before I serve any. I'm telling you if they taste as good as they look there won't be any anywhere around when your wife gets home

    I always brine my pork chops. But I always use chops at least 1" or more. They always come out juicey.

    5 day ecourse Final Exam......

    When ever I do ribs I just spray them with apple juice untill I foil them. I don't use a mop untill I unfoil them at the end. I don't think you can go wrong with the 3-2-1 method. When I do B.B. I watch the foil time a little closer.

    OK to smoke ribs w/o mustard?

    If I had a dollar for everytime I forgot the mustard I'd have 5 dollars. You'll never tell the difference. I didn't put it on a picnic once, the only thing I seen there was the bark wasn't as thick.Hell I'm not really even sure that was the reason.

    Steve as you already said butts are really forgiven, and I don't think you'll have problem either. I'm sure you'll figure something out. Now for the real problem. As Flash said "YOU CALLED YOUR DOG DUMB" Now you know to make up to him he gets some of the meat. And probably a nice belly rub.

    Yepper I'd say it was cureing to long, and as Glued asked did you wash it off.The only bacon I ever made was a butt using Hi-Mountain cure.
