I didn't know where to post this but since I have several different smokers and thought this was pretty cool I thought others might too.
I just got this yesterday set it up, prepped the meat, loaded the skewers and we were eating 2 hours later :)
3" thick prime ribeye, smoked cheddar-wurst...
I have done both and like the dry better, Its a little more work but that's half the fun of it. That being said wet still makes a far superior product that you will get in any grocery store and is a good way to get your feet wet.
