    They look really good baby backs will get done quicker-I think the fomula for them is 2-2-1 rather than 3-2-1 which is for spares. Still very delicious looking. At least they weren' tough!

    Welcome aboard you will like it here. I have a friend with an ECB and a HUGE smoker on a trailer too. he uses the ECB a lot. I saw a restuarant owner on DDD using one for serving ppork sandwiches daily. Those are good smokers!

    Primarily hickory but we have 2 pecan trees so am trying that too. Peach is really good, probably any fruit trees would be good.

    I used a hot water heater stand all stainless & rated for 700 lbs. I also put a drip pan from O'Riellys underneath.
