Bone side down here but I also use 3-2-1 method so basting is not a problem -

Once again I used my Rival to save the day
I bet a guy could make one of those with an electric roaster and a few rib racks wouldn't be quite the same but pretty similar -
Not so pullable pulled pork
But he foiled it at 160 and took it to 190-200. I generally pull my shoulders and let them rest in a cooler at 200 and they generally always pull fine- bigdale

Reverse Flow Smokers and frabrication questions
Hobart makes good welders, I can attest to that as my family owns both a hobart "Buzz Box" that is probably 40 years old and a newer Hobart Beta Mig 250 that pretty much renders that old Buzz Box useless. They built them in town here for years and my dad went to their welding school just 4 or 5...- bigdale
