    Cool build,  by the way that's a Type V  controller cabinet. You might be able to find one at a maintaining agency. (City, county or state that maintain the traffic signals). You can buy them but they would cost too much. ($600 - $800 +/- for a non painted cabinet. They also make a T-6 cabinet...
