    when you smoked the ham what temp did you take it to or did you jus smoke it for three hours and pull it did you use a glaze

    I will be doing the same this year so good luck to bothof us not to tjread jack but I'm smoking two different kinds of turkey and I'm taking it to two houses prob is one dinner is thurs the other Saturday would the turkey still be ok to take with us on sat if smoked wed night

    i have to smoke my turkey breasts the night before since i have to go to two houses turkey day and i m taking with me it will becold when i take it is there a way to heat it up with out losing the juicyness or would it be best just to serve cold
