    Whooo hooo. finally got some time in on the smoker today. Got both doors cut out and hinged. and about half the flat stock welded around the openings.     looks interesting. I've been looking at the "claw" looking tools for pulling pork. But to be honest it really doesn't take much time to do it with forks. Glad your happy with the purchase.

    Good looking fatties. Nice looking weave too. I've seen people wrap them in pizza dough and bake them after smoking them. Gonna try that for the super bowl for some snacks.
