man I dont know why they are so hi around here, but I wont mind spending the money know since I found out how good they are. All I can say about searing is you should do it, it makes such wonderful flavor. You wont be dissapointed I am sure. And if I could find brisket for that price I would buy...

well done!! I am not tryin to tell you what to do but I would go the the charcoal smoker section and look at all the modifications and do some of those, especially the ones that will even out your heat distribution and do those while she's all tore apart.

probably those dern bees, they look just like bumblebees but the will bore a perfect hole about a 1/2 inch around. I and right next door in VA and I have them here.

its official, it works. I think I will mix in a bowl and then spray the mug with pam though, it stuck in the bottom of the mug, but is moist and heavy. very tasty
