Hey there WD. Sorry about the grinder going down. Just a thought about stuffing. I have stuffed by hand before and I used the inside tube of an angel food cake pan. It worked pretty well, but was just time consuming.

Hi Jack, I have had one for years and I love it. It's so old that I have to cut the rolls with a sisor..hahaha. We use are for freezing meats and we use the canistors for marinating also. I would recomend getting one.

Dan, thanks for the great Q-view and all the good information on your smoke. I have yet to try a Butt, but hopefully sometime in the near future I will get one in the smoker. That last one took a long time to reach temp. Yikes!! 16 hours. Guess I will have to buy an extra case of beer just...
