Is There a GOOD Way to Make a Quick Brisket?

I would see how early you can get in there and start cookin. If you can run the smoker at 300 or 325 that would make a huge difference! I have cooked briskets and butts in as little as 6 hours with high heat.

    CornedBeef Dino Bones

No worries on that, I usually use cracked as well but even if you powdered it you are still getting that flavor. If you are wanting to go simpler you could always do pepper, add a litle coriander if you want or just leave it out, brown sugar and garlic you can add a touch of or leave out. I...

    Cleaning probe.

Probes come clean so easily. I usually just use a little Simple Green on a paper towel and it does the trick. Non-Toxic, biodegradable, you could even drink it (not recommending you pour a glass of simple green but it wouldn't hurt you). I use it to clean everything!

    Rudys BBQ Review W/Qview

Sucks to hear it was not so good Ron. Shame you couldn't go in the back and show them how some good, smoky Q is done

    Bhut Jolokia Infused Wildflower Honey

The jar was $6.99 and no, I didn't try the pepper. Learned to use caution with certain hot things having tried anything and everything hot in the past. These days I like to get the flavor of the pepper but biting into something that hot is just excessive...unless I'm drinking My Brother and...

    Chucks with Walnut wood.

Sounds good Hemi! One of the woods I have yet to try out is walnut. Should chop down a tree and get to seasoning but the waiting is the hardest part about that.

Stuffed Shells with Smoked Ricotta Cheese

Came across an idea while Googling a few days back and from that some smoked ricotta cheese was born! Took some ricotta I had, placed it in some cheesecloth and placed inside a strainer over a pan with a light weight on top to push out some moisture and set in the fridge for 12 hours, 12 hours...

    Chuck roasts ?

My 2 pennies would be to season up with some Italian seasoning and garlic, smoke it over a pan of beef broth and onions then add into the juices when shredded.

Sorry, seems like your thread was completely jacked As for the beef, poultry and such who knows why it may have been posted that way but if it really gets under your skin I suppose you could make a plea to one of the Admins to think about changing the order of things...

I don't get what you're talking about. In the link you provided there were food safety stickys and discussions but none of them had any pictures... Unless you were simply referring to someones pics, like old food in the background or dirty magazines?

    Kingsford FYI

Don't even own a bottle of lighter fluid, the grill and smoker both get started with a chimney unless I'm going gas.
