I am redoing part of this post to try out a new program suggested by one of our members, DaSmoker. It works great I re-sized the first 4 pic and left the others the same.. picture qty looks the same and the real pic is still intact on my computer because i renamed it when saving the re-sized one.

There is a thread here on the MES smoker and how to fix it... the electrical problem are interesting and UL would love to close them down if they knew. Maybe they do!!!

By the looks of the price of the probes, maybe buying a new system maybe cheaper. The one place wanted $20.00 ea and i have seen the whole system for 30-35.00. and you get a second remote to carries around. Back up thermo probes are good...
2 for 20.00 is good and I would wait also..

Just my $.02, I believe the problem is not the size but the resolution of the picture. If i remember right Photo gave the option of "size" in pixel. We used 648x480 or something like that.When i upload from my computer i do not downsize the res and so it could be up to 1900x1080 GREAT pictures...

Here we Go, Chicken waiting to go to the BBQ. I did them on my Weber kettle with indirect head (coals to the sides) with drip pan/beer and spices in the middle.Added some chips left over and trying to get rid of for smoke.
On the BBQ
2 hrs later or so
