I did a turkey breast yesterday and I used my brand new maverick and it stalled at 160 so I cut it open and was perfect. I even tested boiling water before I started and after so I'm not sure what happened.
I bought the smokenator a month ago and love it. I smoke every weeked!!! I've done ribs chicken and meatloaf. The only problem I have had is when I didn't follow recommended directions. Well worth the money!
I only smoke one thing at a time when I smoke! I'm going to be attempting to smoke 3 things this time. So my question is on timing. I'm smoking a turkey breast, a ham & Jeffs smoked Mac n cheese. So any and all suggestions from fellow QHeads well be appreciated!! :grilling_smilie:
I am going to be doing a planked meatloaf on my weber kettle here in just a bit! Does anyone have any pointers or tricks for doing this? How did your turn out?
