    I'm not gonna beat a horse to death because i have done the same and man my food tasted  terrible i mean omg terrible.But yep what everyone else said too much smoke.We live  we learn ..Keep on cooking my friend and your smoker will be your friend..and you will have friends coming out of the wood...

    What's your occupation?

    After 17 years  working for cooper tire and rubber (plant  closed) and BTW  this plant was non union. I drive a school bus and work in the middle school lunchroom.I now work Monday -friday.5.30 am -5.30 pm...Don't mind saying its really nice being home at nite and weekends and holidays and summer.

    Boston butt prices

    Paid 1.69 for ind cryo packed butts .Paid 1.79  for  cryo packed ribs 2 to a pack.Paid 1.29  for Tyson wings fresh.Paid .99 for chicken breast  split. The prices have really went crazzy here.

    Fine looking brisket....and i do agree with you...work is work no matter where you are.I use to live on the beach for a few years and after a while you really dont pay any attention to it as you drive by.
