My grinder has the little things for the end for stuffing sausage. Will it work? I see you guys have a sausage stuffer. Do the grinders not do a good enough job?
I was going to make 4 kinds of of Summer Sausage. One with just seasoning. One with Cheese. One with Japs. One with Japs and Cheese. What kind of cheese should I use? Also how much cheese and peppers to a roll of sausage? 3lb rolls

But the MFG date is not a date it is letters and numbers so would the sticker by the MFG Date be my serial #
I was going to do this about 2 years ago and never got around to it. I just got a new MES at Bass Pro for 129 so don't need to do it anymore. But glad to see it works. Now I can let my wife know I am not the only crazy guy wanting to build a Smoker out of a broke dish washer. Still might do it...
Just wanted to stop and say hi. Love this sight. Have a Brinkmann elec. But I am planning on a new MES, Going to build a small wood smoker for personal use and my goal is to build a Big smoker later to do big cooks and maybe make a little money on the side.
