    Weber charcoal? Thoughts and opinions

Sorry, haven't tried yet - I use Royal Oak Hardwood Lump.  I'll keep an eye on it though, let me know if you try it out.

What's an uncommon dinner to smoke?

For your next, if you want to try out a prime rib yet need to be kid friendly - make an au jus!  You can put their slices in a warm au jus for 30 seconds and they will never see pink!

    Life is good

Same in Ohio - we put a new shed in the yard in December, trying to replant the yard but have had torrential rain all week just East of you in Columbus, OH.  Squishy is an understatement (just mowed).  We're getting there and the green is nice.

    Pulled Pork - slightly dry

Add to the tray after pulling but you can probably do either way.   Adds great flavor!

Try one of the finishing sauces you can find on this site - outstanding!  Alternatively, if you don't like vinegar - chicken broth.

Ground Brisket and Chuck Shoulder Burgers

No need to leave a story untold - remaining flat just off the smoker, currently double wrapped in a blanket.

    Prime Brisket for Sunday

Looks delicious!  Costco Prime is my preferred go-to so far.  Getting ready to pull the remaining flat off the smoker now, used the point for burger meat yesterday.  Great job!
