    Third Times The Charm.....at least that is what I told my wife when I fired the smoker up the third time... as expected, she rolled her eyes but did consent to elt me cook again. That's a good sign right? Welcome aboard and keep the qviews coming.

    Pizza is one of the last things I would have ever thought about cooking on the grill let alone on the beach. I am gald I fond the smf as it has re-ignited my passion for cooking and am thrilled at all the new possibilities. Thanks for sharing and helping inspire me to new heights.

    Grilling Pizza

    Great.... my wife is already convinved that she no longer needs an oven..and now I have to keeo the fact that I can now cook pizzas on the grill from her as well.... maybe I should surrender while I am ahead and just push for all the "Grillin" toys she will allow.

    About the only local wwod we have is alder which works well but everything else I have to purchase from our local hardware store in tiny little bags. Not knowing any better, I had not even thought about ordering larger quantities online. Thanks for the idea.

    Quick Easy And Lazy Buffalo Wings W/View

    hmmm.... I thin we have some tequila lime rub wings in the freezer and would not have thought about tossing them on the grill. We usually keep them for lazy dinner nights and just throw them in the oven. Perhaps...they are headed for the grill as a late night snack instead.
