    Congrats. It has been 14 years for me. It was the hardest habit I have ever had to quit. I used to love my Marlboros, I even got the gear from the coupons. Stay strong, quiting is so worth it.

    What is your smoking project for 2010?

    My goals for 2010. 1. I need to make belly bacon. 2. Make 2 barrel smokers , 1 UDS and a double stack for larger smokes. 3. Master above smokers. 4. Become an OTBS member. 5. Running the food booth at the farmers market for my church.

    First CB w/ Qview

    Very nice CB. I prefer to do mine to 160 - 165. I like to have it for sandwiches and I also use it in salads. It is hard to beat in a salad. It can still be fried up, but I like to have it fully cooked.

    Do you clean your smoker?

    I soak and wash my racks after each smoke. I spray them with PAM before they go in to help with cleanup. Note** be careful food slides around very easy on PAM. I also foil my water pan to aid in cleanup. It makes it much easier. I have an upright gas smoker, and I will clean the grease out of...
