    Thanks Gary. Yes she did. Her husband (my uncle) of 50 years passed away in January. He was like a 2nd father to me. My aunt loves BBQ so my smoking / bbq hobby has now taken on a new purpose.

    My thoughts exactly (smoke for a few hours at low temp then finish in sous vide). I just got a Joule sous vide myself and beef ribs and beef brisket are on my to-do list (smoke + sous vide).
