    All and all it was a good cook the armadillo eggs, 3 butts and one pork loin turned out good. Didnt take a pic of the butts done but here is a pic of the loin cuts.

    Yel it is a jalapeno stuffed with cream cheese and cheader then wraped with mild sausage and put in the smoker for 2 hours at 250

    I have a few trees on my little piece of dirt that need cutting after the storms this year. But I don't know to tale one from the other. I think one is a maple. I was hoping some one has a link that can help me.

    It did better then i had hopes one chimley took the grill up to 450 and keep it their for 45 min tile it started to fall. Gave a light smoke flavor and started up like a champ. I used maple to make this charcoal
