These were done at 225 - 230 for about 5 hours. I have never had a problem with low and slow as long as you brine first. There were brined for 10 hours. Good luck!
Seboke, Last January I quit after 22 years of smoking. I have been smoke free for 15 months now. I did it for my own health reasons and I will never look back. I now use the money to buy BBQ and smoking equipment as well as meat. Hang in there!
In my opinion you just have to be patient when you use the search feature. It has helped me many a times. One word searches are better than multiple word searches. I always just look for the RED HIGHLIGHTED words when I go through the threads. It makes it easier.
