    My second attempt at making jerky.I used high mountain seasonings kit momma got me for Christmas.(yeah yeah,i know way to long not to try it.)using me quite wood for flavor.should be good to go in 2hrs

    My brother from another mother asked me to do a turkey breast for Easter dinner.it was the first of the new year.so I told the wife to get out the hole turkey my brother in law gave us.i used Bones suck in sauce rub and sweet baby rays bbq sauce.

    How to cook a Fatty?

    letting rest will let the juices flow back into the meat.so when u cut into it,u will not have them all over ur cutting board. i always cover it with tinfoil.or in the case of doing butts i put them in a roasting pan and use the lid. hope this helps....
