It was really annoying... I thought the site crashed or something, I was freaking out! Everytime I clicked a link it redirected me. I clicked refresh and it did the same... IE6 for me too.
Thanks man, I think you just sold a Cajun Injector! There's very little info and/or reviews available online for this unit... Thanks for posting the pics. You da Man!
From looking over it yesterday, it looks like it uses chips. It has the side loader that you spin in/out... I'm serioulsly thinking about this one for those days that I don't feel like tending to a fire. But, I'm also considering going with the larger propane GOSM for the same price. I'll spend...
The guy said that the Cajun Injector is made by Masterbuilt.. Do you know the demensions on your MES?
You say it will hold a decent amount. Can you specify? Will it fit a whole slab of baby's or st. louis or would I have to cut slabs in half?
Bass Pro is running a deal on the Cajun Injector for $150, down from $199.
Is this a decent electric smoker or should one stay away? It looks pretty small. If anyone has one of these models, how much grub can it hold? How many butts? Babies and st. louis slabs? Chickens?
I couldn't find it on...
I plan on doing the cooking for my daughters 2nd B-day. We should have something like 28-34 adults and about 10 little ones... I'm taking on the duty of doing all the "cooking" (Meat and sides for main course). I know this is a smoking forum, but hopefully some of you can help me out...
I'm...
I bought both recipes on Friday and whipped up the rub Saturday morning for a chicken and a slab of babies...
Looking at the recipe, I was a little worried that there would be too much heat (too spicy) for my fiance and 2 yr old daughter with this rub. I thought, what the heck, I'm gonna try it...
Never seen one of these before. Anyone have a clue as to the make or model so I can do some research. If this is a decent cooker, I wouldn't mind adding it to my collection.

Dang, I didn't know you where getting that much in return. x's 3 and x's 4 is good money. Are people really willing to pay $1,200 for a party of 50? That's $24 a person considering it would cost $300 in materials (which is probably a low estimate). Even at $900 is about $18/person... I'm...
The oppurtunity may arrise for me to get a catering job serving my Ribs and Chicken. I figure for a party of 50 I'll need about 15-20 slabs of Babies/Spares and about 12-15 whole chickens. For the meat alone it would probably run about $275. After Beans, Mac-n-Cheese, coleslaw salad, sauce and...
Buck Wheezer,
Man, you have no idea how big "The Jungle" has grown. Remember that ride at Kings Island back in the 90's, it was a safari train? He bought the ride and has in in the parking lot. He plans to use it as a trolly.
There is also a HUGE, very modern, Event Center.
Rib City is...
Didn't mean to offend anyone who eats carp, but where I'm from in Ohio, I have always been told that they (carp) had some sort of a "mud vayne" that needed to be removed prior to cooking/consuming... We can't eat any fish from the waterways in my area. The Great Miami river is real close to my...
I dined at Rib City Grille over the weekend. I didn't have time to do an actual smoke myself so I went for the next best thing. This place has been around for a couple years and it's in the Jungle Jims Super-Grocery plaza... If you've never heard of Jungle Jims, that's another story, but you...
