Stuffing funnels for Sportsman 11# and what benefits does an offset firebox give me?
I purchased a "used"11# Sportsman sausage stuffer. Unfortunately, I didn't know that "used" meant that they didn't have the stuffing tubes. I've been searching high and low for the plastic (stainless would be cool) tubes without success. Any ideas where I can order some? And on another note...- jmforth

Proper placement of "meat probe" for wireless thermometer
Greetings: I have an a-maze-n-smoker wireless thermometer with smoker probe and meat probe.
