    I'm with 100% on the iGrill2.  I'm going to hold out until Christmas, my family always wants to know what they can get me and I never have any ideas.  Now I do....  If it doesn't show up under the tree, I'll have one by the next day.

    No, I'm sorry, I didn't get any finished pictures.  It was late when they came off and taking pictures was the last thing on my mind.  Next time, I promise!  However, they did turn out amazing!  Had plenty of left overs so each of the kids got a zip lock bag of pulled pork sent home with them...

    I cooked my first pork butt Saturday on the BGE, my first ever actually.  It was awesome!  Low and slow at 225-230, with some apple and cherry wood, until it hit 160 IT and then in the foil it went with about 1 1/2 cup of apple juice.  Then take it on up to 206 IT.     I just bought the big green egg. I love it! Most hassle free smoking, grilling, baking that I have ever done. A little pricey, but it is a dang good investment.

    First bacon wrapped pork loin on the BGE

    That's was my original plan. But then I found out the in-laws where coming to dinner so I popped open another beer and let the meat go just a touch longer. It still turned out super juicy and cut with a fork tender. Everybody was good with the cook.
