    something else to smoke after the PP. had to try out the homemade sauce. no before pic's but I brushed with EVOO and s&p then basted with homemade sauce cheesy potatoes and cucumber salad

    injecting smoking up the neighborhood  ready for pulling  and the PP I injected with Apple juice and captain Morgan did not put a rub on.not bad but I think it need something more so next time I think I will do both.
