Sorry, I laid down some spinach, then a layer of spicy Italian sausage, then some feta cheese, and lastly some provolone cheese, and then rolled her up.
So with the help of my man Stan, and with some ideas from SmokinAl, I created one of my most unique smoked dishes. Now I will be the first to tell you that it was okay. It wasnt the best tasting wise, and I did overcook it a little. I took it to about 155-160 IMT. And I should have taken it out...
Stan, I was going to buy one of those Tejas smoker, but I think I will just end up getting a Lang 36" It will be cheaper and I dont really need a cooker as big as yours, but I would absolutely love to have one one day.
