    I would take the BGE over a pellet smoker for taste, the pellet is easy but lacks some smoke flavor.

    Which 36 inch griddle to get?

    Never no problem with heat, if grease is standing on the top and not draining you will have a hard time getting a crust without over cooking imo, 36” for a family of 4 or more, you don’t have to use all of it but you can’t stretch it when you need more

    Congrats, that warming rack is only a warming rack when the lid is off, its a cooking rack when the lid is on so when its done take it off lol

    Learned my lesson about doing them in the dishwasher, stopped up the float switch which was a easy clean, the limit switch was on the bottom of tub couldn't see it, had to pull lay on back then push switch in.

    Dishwasher Advice

    Son bought a Bosch and it broke down 2 times in 2 years, was cheap fix first time and replaced the 2nd time, I bought a Maytag this time without a Food grinder, works great. I worked at sears for 21 years, our DW guys all said stick with whirlpool/KitchenAid. Maytag is also owned by whirlpool.

    OXO normal cut, everything OXO has worked very well so far, they use to put 1 large P38 per case back in the 70's-80's, it was the lucky guy that got 1, I had 1 on my dog tags for a long time, not sure who took t off but suspect mamaw did so grand kids could play with it.
