    I wish I had taken more pictures when it was done, but the family was hungry and wanting it right then. Next time I will make sure I get more pictures, because I will definitely be doing this again. I even took some left over chops yesterday and cut them thin for a smoked pork chop sandwich...

    Not sure if I am right in doing this but last time I smoked using my firebox smoker I put my apple wood chunks in when I put my hickory logs.     I have done chicken, hamburgers, and sausages by smoking them first then just throwing them on a hot grill to finish them off and give them the crisp skin.
