Has anyone modified a dehydrator to add a smoke pistol or something similar? The Goodwill by my place always has dehydrators, so I was thinking about giving that a go. Being in Florida it's often hard to get a cold smoke working.
I don't mind pics in signatures, it's cool cause it's kind of a way to show some personality. It just seems silly to me that even on a 19 inch monitor someone posts a one line post yet their post takes up all of my screen.

I've noticed a few members have several quite large pictures in their signature lines. Am I the only one that finds it annoying?
Also it eats up bandwidth=money.
I might wear flip flops instead of going barefoot, and might throw on a t-shirt instead of going shirtless...I might even be able to do some cold smoking a few nights during the winter if I'm lucky, it's been too long since I've been able to smoke some cheese.

I agree with everyone above, it's great and well worth it. It's a great base to tweak. My wife was not one to want BBQ all too often, in fact I almost screwed the pooch by making it way to often for awhile. Then I tweaked Jeff's sauce recipe to what I knew she would like, now I can't BBQ enough!
