He just copied your pics. Don't worry, he is not taking credit for your work, just trying to make he point about beef ribs. I remember that post. That was some awesome smoke if I remember correctly.
Those ribs looked excellent. And yes, I was able to follow your description of the taste & texture. OMG, my mouth is watering. I think you have just given me my next recipe for my next batch of Spares. Good job!!!
(Jumping up & down, waving his hand in the air, frantically!!) Ooo! Ooo! Ooo! Today is my birthday. Those were some nice looking country style ribs there. Wifey should really appreciate.
Both entries look great. The submitters have a great imagination in capturing the spirit of the contest. Good job to the two contestants & good luck. I voted for the third one because it was so hard. Just kidding.

Congratulations to both BBally & SilverWolf. Both entries looked great & delicious.
Kudo's to everyone who entered. It is not easy to put your pride on the line, online. You all have excellent skills & can ship me your food anytime. Hell, come over & smoke some of your stuff for me & my...

No sir....just got here. The pizza looked fantastic. That was a lot of work. Good job to you Sir. Nice out of the box thinking. And I don't have a single problem with the picture loads.
For more tender Baby Backs, just leave them on the smoker a little while longer. I have my BB's down to the 2-2-.5 method & that works fine for me, minus the foiling.
Those were some awesome looking ribs. When you finish licking your fingers, how much was the item? And was the fit on your 22.5 WSM snug? Did it scratch the WSM at all?
