Better than average Saturday smoke
Thanks for the tip. I find my loins dry out rather quickly as well. (Well, there is really nothing wrong with my loins, it is my smoking ability.) -

How do you keep your smoker looking new "externally"
A good wipe down with a soap sponge with a water rinse works for me. I don't know about the dutch oven trick.- caveman

Beef Ribs SHORT???
It is funny that our throwdown theme this month is spuds. All I was thinking about was seeing the corn & taters. LOL. But the ribs looked great. I still have yet to do ABT's. Maybe tomorrow on Father's day. -

Well darn. This explains why some of my loins were dry. I have been pushing 165° at times. Now I know. Also, I am eating smoked roundworm? How come I never see the smoke ring on him? -

I was cracking up when I read this, then had to pause to get the visual of your cradling the garlic & skipping through a daisy field. But the real, "Things that make you go hmmmmm" came when you said you cooked the seeds. I wondered, "What action took place that you had to test cook seeds?". ... -
