Okay I've heard a lot about this. Where would you put the AMNS in a masterforge 2 door gas. I'm worried that the lower shelf would get way too hot and causing it to burn way too quick. If anyone has experience with this in a masterforge please PM me.

Outstanding. I'm going to have to try this. I love the cinnamon stick in the chilli. I usually just use ground cinnamon. Gives a great flavor that most people don't use.
