This is my first season with my smoker. Ive done several racks of ribs using Jeff's rub and BBQ sauce and the 3-2-1 method. They all have come out FANTASTIC!! Ive been using straight apple juice during the foiling. My question is ......What other options for a foiling...
Last week I did 2 racks of spares. Came out FANTASTIC!!! Got up early and started 4 racks at 7am. (2 BB and 2 Spares) Should be ready right at game time!!!
Well....im pretty pleased with my first ever smoke. The ribs taste FANTASTIC!!!
