    Do you have a miltimeter? You can check to see of its getting power. Electrical gremlins are fun (insert very sarcastic voice) to diagnose.

    ☝️ What they said above. It's just my wife, 9yr old son and myself. I vac seal everything. Reheat (vac sealed bags) in hot water bath or sous vide about 150*. I'll go direct from -10f freezer to s/v bath. 30 mins and dinners ready.

    This is why the baffle and slider looks like on the pb820. Theres a rod that you slide into the open or closed position.

    On the PB820 there's a slide plate that you slide open for grilling, closed for smoking.

    I've had my pellet grill for about 4yrs now. I only smoke on it. I have a char-broil infrared I do my grilling on. I can get that to 800* to do some great searing on.

    I rented a hotel room on the near top floor of greektown casino (formerly) 3yrs back for my wife's birthday. I found 4 pieces of ABC (already been chewed) gum, used face masks n such. Oh, and the casino closed at 10pm. WTF Nothing to do after 10pm in a $1000/night room. What a joke.

    I'm iffy on this one. Chicken, pork, and seafood scare me when temps are unknown for unknown hours. I've had food poisoning at leat 10x in my life. 2 were hospitalized overnight.
