I agree with you completely but my own ribs wont be an option. Long ways outta town.
I also never eat out anymore and if I do I ALWAYS try something unique. I dont order steak, burgers, ribs, anything like that because they are no where near as good as I can do for alot less.

I dont have any one specifically in mind but I believe they are old fuel or oil tanks that have been sitting in a pile for years. I opened on up and there was no odor of fuel and it appeared to be completely empty.

I am familiar with an ECB I used a sportsman for a few years before I got the masterbuilt. I smoked a little on that decided that I wanted the electric to be quicker at it. i would still use the masterbuilt just like using the charcoal grills better.
